1. Manager, Professional Technical Services
(a)
Responsibilities:
·
To assist the Sales team in proposals,
tenders and other exercise pertaining to the client’s project
·
To assist the Sales team in client calls and
solutions presentation
·
To manage project from costing, resources,
deliverables, schedule and budget coordinating
·
To supervise, lead and distribution of work
to project team during project implementation
·
To provide client support for installed
systems and the services rendered to clients may include activities beyond
office hours and also on weekends if the situation requires it.
·
To manage the project team to troubleshoot
and fix client technical issues and address the issue with the client
·
To provide management, monitoring and
reporting services to client when required
·
Comply with Real
Data Matrix company’s policies and guidelines
·
Perform other duties
as required or directed by management
(b)
Requirements
·
A minimum of 5 years
IT Industry experience, with at least more than 2 years in an implementation and/or
client support role
·
Experience in Change Management
implementation is required
·
Experience in the
operations and implementation of imaging/document or content management is an advantage
·
A diploma, degree in
Information Technology or equivalent formal education
·
Experience in
working with partners and clients
·
Must possess own
transport
2. Solution Consultant
(a)
Responsibilities:
·
Able to troubleshoot Hardware (PC, Printer) and Software/Application.
·
Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure
hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in
accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
·
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the
integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key
processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of
scheduled jobs such as backups.
·
Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required
file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate
media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off
site as necessary.
·
Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
·
Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and
upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as
necessary.
·
Ensure restorability of data for Database, File
systems and Messaging systems.
·
Develop and maintain installation and configuration
procedures.
·
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related
results as needed.
(b) Requirements
·
Minimum SPM qualification
·
Minimum 1 year working experience in IT related
industry
·
Knowledge in PC, Printer, Server, Operating System and
etc
·
Experience in troubleshooting
·
Self-motivated and hardworking
·
Result driven
·
Good verbal and written communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Junior Solution Consultant
(a)
Responsibilities
·
To prepare client-supplied files or documents for
scanning
·
Analyses
documents in order to ensure the appropriate scanner settings are used.
·
Ability to
perform basic function on a computer, including Inputting appropriate settings
onto scanner computer screen
·
Performs
basic quality checks to ensure all documents scan correctly
·
Scans
documents as soft copies to be used for loan verification process.
·
Organizes
original documents to be re-filed at conclusion of job
·
Responsible
for proper cleaning and care of scanner equipment
·
To have good communication and team spirit
between the team members
·
To ensure the quality, efficiency, compliance and
business objectives are met
(b)
Requirements
·
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office applications
Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·
Ability to select best image resolution and various
other settings
·
Experienced in digital imaging and handling of highly
confidential documents is desired
·
Ability to use basic documents preparation tools
·
Attention to detail
·
Excellent reliability and punctuality
·
Must be able to lift up of boxes
4. SALES EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION
(a)
Responsibilities

Responsible for the business development with existing
and potential clients to achieve Sales Target and Market Share
·
Identify, Manage and Secure existing and new account
and continue to maintain a high level of Sales achievement

Providing solution presentation and consultation to
the clients
·
Responding to Project Tender, Proposal and Quotations
·
Works closely and reporting to Sales Manager
